ABOUT RON

Ron Vitiello is a chef with over decade of experience in the culinary arts. Ron's passion for cusine long proceeds his formal training and he believes the culinary arts to be a lesson not only in taste, but culture, adventure, and community. Ron recieved classical training from the International Culinary Center and has since  honed his skills at several fine dining establishments. Early in his career Ron worked under some of New York City's most elite chefs in the kitchens of GATO and Gramercy Tavern. Since living in Austin he has decided to step away from his work at Jeffery's to pursue a more personal approach to food.  With a focus on fresh, seasonal ingredients and a dedication to creating unique and memorable dining experiences Ron looks forward to the opportunity to create not only a menu but an experience for you.
